The University's aim to be an ever-more inclusive community is not an abstract ideal. It is a goal with actionable steps and measurable results. These reports are produced by the teams and units charged with guiding the University's efforts in this important work. They have different uses and functions, but ultimately serve the common purpose of charting our progress in the ongoing work of inclusion.
