Every member of the Notre Dame community is expected to treat others with mutual respect, hospitality and warmth. This expectation is reflected in numerous University policies and guidelines, some of which are highlighted here. The University also maintains several offices and resources, also described here, that are committed to addressing questions or concerns regarding conduct that is inconsistent with the University’s expectations. Ultimately, the purpose behind these policies, guidelines, offices, and resources is to promote an environment where all of the University’s faculty, staff and students feel welcome and valued.

Faculty Conduct

Student Conduct
Speak Up is a reporting resource for Notre Dame students. If you need to report an alleged incident of sexual assault, discrimination, or harassment, you can go to the Speak Up website to file a report.
Title IX Complaints pertaining to instances of student-on-student sexual harassment (including sexual misconduct and sexual assault) should be directed to the following representative from the Office of Insitutional Equity:
